Rambling, Rumbling & Ranting or "The Short Fuse"

So sick of TV shows and movies about vampires, zombies and werewolves, and creepy looking teenagers and young adults who look like vampires, zombies and werewolves...Where are the TV shows about mummies?...Been doing a lot of daily updates now on Facebook, so in case you miss me here, catch me there, at
...Now that we're supposed to have a "new tone" to our political/other rhetoric, does that mean FOX will have to change the title and title sequence of "Human Target?"...Saw "The King's Speech" the other day, I highly recommend it as does Mrs. DeLorenzo's Dugout...My proudest achievement of the last few weeks is getting Mrs. DeLorenzo's Dugout hooked on "Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld" thanks to the magic of Comcast's DVR service...That, and taping 1990-1991-1992-1993-1994 only episodes of "Law & Order" to catch the original in all its glory...And "Mission: Impossible"...and the full-day SyFy Channel marathon of the 1960's "Green Hornet" TV show...Are we ready for the Jets in the Super Bowl or is that a sign of the apocalypse?...George Lucas seems to be getting ready for 2012, hope he milks some more out of "Star Wars" before then...'Cause he needs the money...I'm of two minds about Ricky Gervais, but I'll say this for certain: he was a lot funnier when he was fatter...I'm just saying...Manny Ramirez and Johnny Damon with the Rays? It took Tampa Bay almost 8 years to get that deal done, shame they aren't the same players they were in 2004...Loved the "Onion Sports Dome" segment on the dying kid who "made a wish" to go to a Phillies game and heckle David Wright...Before anyone goes too far into believing Ron Reagan and his desperate-for-attention book on his father, President Ronald Reagon, check the timeline and the facts -- you'll see that none of the fiction his son has published actually happened -- check out US News & World Report, don't believe me!...I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season...Until the Phillies re-sign Pedro Martinez, I'll see you in the stands!
